Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve size e-postayla bildirilir.

Silinenler: öğretmen hesabı (e-posta ve şifre), oluşturduğunuz sınıflar, sınıflardaki öğrenci kayıtları ve ilerlemeleri, verdiğiniz görevler ve işlenen ders kayıtları.
Bir süre kalanlar: güvenlik amacıyla alınan gecelik yedekler 30 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Her ayın ilk gününe ait yedek arşivde tutulur; bu arşiv yalnızca sistemin geri yüklenmesi için kullanılır.

Bir öğrencinin verisini silmek

Öğretmen: öğretmen panelinde öğrencinin yanındaki silme düğmesiyle kayıt sunucudan hemen silinir.
Veli: çocuğun profilinde Sınıftan Ayrıl ile cihaz yeni veri göndermeyi bırakır. Sunucudaki kaydın silinmesi için öğretmene ya da bmenderes@gmail.com adresine yazın (konu: “Aktapokus öğrenci verisi silme”, sınıf kodu ve çocuğun profil adı).
Cihazdaki veri: profil ve ilerleme yalnızca cihazdadır; Ebeveyn Alanı’ndan profili silmek ya da uygulama verisini temizlemek hepsini siler.

Delete a teacher account: email bmenderes@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, subject “Aktapokus account deletion”. The request is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email. Deleted: the teacher account (email and password), its classes, the student records and progress in them, tasks and lesson records. Nightly backups are removed automatically after 30 days; the backup of the first day of each month is kept in an archive used only to restore the system.

Delete a student’s data: the teacher can delete the student in the teacher panel (immediate). Parents can tap Leave Class in the child’s profile to stop sending data and send an email to the same address (subject “Aktapokus student data deletion”, class code and profile name) to delete the server record. Data on the device is removed by deleting the profile or clearing the app data.
